  The Mediterranean retreat ticked all the boxes for our client on Griffith Ave, North Bondi . A minimal space to relax in, feel calm and unwind in and of course, entertain in. Those vibrant Mediterranean colours and minimal design sing ‘I’m on holiday’. We have maximised every square meter in this North Bondi semi with a clever and concise landscape design . Dusty peach pink crazy pavers. Custom barbecue bench-top, and minimal succulent planting. Long day bed style white brick bench seat and timber decking.

  Pool bench seating with dual poolside planters on either side brings garden elements into the small space. Limestone paving from the open kitchen sliding doors and 3 tiered step to the pool means the elevated swimming space is always visible. The white profile custom steel pool-fence line separating the entire width of the garden seamlessly provides pool safety and at the same time is a feature in itself.

 Kenneth Street, Tamarama has been a joy of ours to design, construct and maintain . The challenges presented to us because of the location of this new build in Tamarama became clear the more time we spent on-site over the cooler months of the year. Kenneth Street has prevailing winds throughout the winter which funnel up the street, making plant choice difficult and establishing the garden even more so.
